Conference shuttle:
Round trip between DFW Airport and the Gaylord Texan: $12 per person.

Parking fee:
$9 per day for anyone driving in.

Meals:
Dinner on Friday, June 30, and lunch and dinner on Saturday, July 1, will be provided. An a la carte cash breakfast will be available on Saturday and Sunday morning, in the hall next to the conference ballroom.
