Missionary Released

A Gospel for Asia native missionary was released after being kidnapped in late January by a Marxist group called the Naxalites. Click here to read the original story.

The Naxalites overtook the taxi Subhash and five others were in and took them into the jungle. They tried to force Subhash to join their terrorist group, but he refused and stood firm in spite of threats.

Two of the Naxalites were kind to Subhash. So he began to share with them about his ministry and about Jesus.

They told Subhash how to find his way out of the jungle, and gave him 100 Rupees to help him on his way. On February 5, Subhash escaped. He is now at the nearby GFA Bible College.

Please join with us in thanking the Lord for protecting Subhash. And pray that the Lord will use Subhash's words about Jesus to draw this terrorist group to salvation.
