It was a day of celebration for GFA Bible college student Philip (pictured right) and his classmates in Andhra Pradesh, India. They saw God work in a supernatural way, and they wouldn’t soon forget it.
On weekend outreach, they had met Balamma, a paralyzed woman. Could they pray for her? she asked. The team of students agreed and later returned to campus. Unable to forget the frail woman and her plea for help, they lifted her to the Lord—for seven days they fasted and prayed in faith on her behalf.
God answered their earnest cries and healed her! “Experiencing the divine healing,” Philip writes, “she received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and became active in the church. Please pray that she will grow in the Lord and that through her His name will be glorified in the days to come.”
