A few months ago, recent Gospel for Asia-supported Bible college graduate Radheya Kirtikar began ministering in a hostile region. In early August, one of the members of Radheya’s new fellowship, Nihal Gohain, was accosted by anti-Christian fanatics. They dragged Nihal out of his store and beat him badly.
Two days later, Radheya received a phone call. The person on the other end knew everything about Radheya and threatened him, saying “Leave this place, or else your life will be in danger.”
Anti-Christian activity is on the rise in his area, and Radheya is afraid.
Please pray for Nihal, that he would become bolder in his young faith because of the opposition. Ask the Lord to heal his injuries.
Pray the Lord will protect Radheya’s mind, body and spirit. He also asks for wisdom and strength.
