Yerusha’s parents watched as their young daughter struggled for breath. It was hard to see her suffer so. But they didn’t know what else to do. What they didn’t know was that God had a wonderful plan that was unfolding—and not only for Yerusha, either.
A group of Gospel for Asia Bible college students came to their South Indian village one day, sharing the love of Christ as part of their weekend outreach. After meeting Yerusha and her parents, they prayed with great tenderness—and the Lord healed her.
Through this outpouring of God’s love and power, Yerusha’s family was touched. Each family member received Christ. And this working of the Holy Spirit paved the way for even more church growth in the area.
