Rema is weary—but not just from her workload over these past three years. While she was working long hours trying to provide for her family, her alcoholic husband squandered their hard-earned money on his drinking habit. This not only caused tension in their home, but also hurt Rema deeply.

Then one day, GFA missionary Binu, ministering in Rema’s South Indian village, shared the Good News of Jesus with her. Rema gladly received Christ and now attends worship regularly. Rema’s problems haven’t gone away. But now she knows the One who gives her meaning, peace and comfort amid her difficulties.

Pray that Rema’s husband will be drawn to Christ through her godly example. Thank you for lifting up this couple to the One who “is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20, NKJV).
