Children attending Bridge of Hope centers in Haryana, India, live in poverty-stricken areas where even basic hygiene and cleanliness can be a real struggle. Bridge of Hope staff and GFA-supported pastors personally distributed gifts of bedsheets for the children at each center.
This was one pile of bedsheets that were going to soon be distributed to eager children.
The bright smiles of these children say it all: they were thrilled to be holding their brand new bedsheets!
Many of the children in the Bridge of Hope centers do not have much, and they and their parents are so grateful that someone cared enough to provide for this basic need. The gifts also serve as a tangible expression of Christ’s love for them.
