Many men, women and children in Asia hear about Jesus through watching the Man of Mercy film.

One by one, 15 people in a village in Madhya Pradesh, India, raised their hands, tears welling in some of their eyes. These men and women ranged in age from 20 to 50 but had one thing in common: As they watched the Man of Mercy film on the life of Jesus that evening, they knew their lives were in need of God’s redemptive grace. They yearned in their hearts to know Him.
The Gospel for Asia film team had met with skepticism when they entered the village earlier that day. But as they clearly explained why they were there, village leaders allowed them to show the film.
One by one, 15 people in a village in Madhya Pradesh, India, raised their hands, tears welling in some of their eyes. And now, more than a dozen men and women were raising their hands, testifying of their desire to know Christ. At these new believers’ request, Kumar, a GFA missionary, is meeting with them to disciple them and encourage them in their new faith.
He asks for prayer that these men and women will be a testimony that touches hearts in this village where most still need to know the Savior’s love. And pray, too, that God will continue to use Kumar and the film team in incredible ways for His purposes.
