God touches many lives through GFA-supported missionaries' prayers |
Gospel for Asia-supported missionary Mihir watches incredible transformations happen before his eyes. Relying on God's power through prayer, Mihir gets to be part of changing lives in ways that will impact them forever.
"My husband used to throw our children, and he used to beat me daily," a woman in Mihir's village recalls. This woman's husband was possessed by a demon.
But today, the man and his wife live peaceful lives because Mihir introduced them to Jesus' love and power. God freed the man from demons, and now the family follows Christ.
Another woman in their village had a heart problem, and she needed surgery that she couldn't afford. She despaired of life. But when Mihir met her and prayed for her, God touched her instantly and restored her heart. She began attending Mihir's prayer fellowships and learned of Jesus' love.
While stories like these are not uncommon in a GFA-supported missionary's ministry, each one is miraculous and shows the Lord's ability to work uniquely in each life and situation.
Mihir asks for prayer that God will continue to work through his ministry, and that each of these people who have experienced God's power in their lives will follow Him closely.
