"A" Little Vitamin Opens Eyes - and Hearts

Six people regained their eyesight after they received Vitamin A capsules distributed in their village through Gospel for Asia–supported pastor Harish Kumar's efforts.
The people of the village live well below the poverty line. They have no good food to eat and aren't able to grow or buy fruit. This leaves them with a vitamin deficiency, which leads to poor eyesight.
Pastor Harish arranged for a medical camp to be conducted in the village, and he invited a doctor to give a speech on the importance of health and cleanliness. The doctor explained the need for Vitamin A in the body, and with help from the local Bridge of Hope center, distributed capsules to more than 50 people.
A month later, reports started to come in from some people who regained their eyesight or were able to see more clearly after taking the vitamin. There had been skepticism, at first, as to whether or not the capsules would work, but the results proved their effectiveness.
"For many of them, it is still a surprise," reported a GFA field correspondent. "But they are thankful to the Lord for healing them."
