Three Weeks with Kidney Stones
For three weeks Namita suffered from stomach pains and bleeding. She went to a local hospital where she was diagnosed with a kidney stone.
Namita and her husband became discouraged and called the local church. They requested the Women’s Fellowship team to come and pray. Ojal, Ragina and Wafiya prayed for Namita’s healing. Though Namita was better, she was unable to get out of bed.
However, the following Sunday Namita went to the local church and gave testimony about going back to the hospital and how there were no more signs of kidney stones. The doctor was surprised by the report.
Namita and her husband are waiting to have a baby and ask for prayer that they will conceive soon.
Three Years with Kidney Stones
In a similar situation, Pahal’s husband was struggling with kidney stones. The family was very poor and did not have enough money to have the stones surgically removed.
The local Women’s Fellowship, of which Pahal was a member, earnestly sought the Lord for her husband during their time of prayer and fasting.
Finally, on an October morning, the stones miraculously passed through his body. That same day during Sunday worship, he testified to the congregation about God’s faithfulness. The family requests prayer that they will continue to grow in the Lord.
