Discovering his threats were useless, the man charged toward the young missionaries, pounding into them with his fists.
Vincent and his classmates had been handing out tracts about salvation when the assault began. Like the other students at GFA’s 54 Bible colleges, these men use their weekends to share Christ in spiritually needy villages. They go knowing they could face fierce opposition for their bold witness.
Such experiences prepare them for the unique challenges of ministering full-time among people who have never heard of the Savior’s love. And by God’s grace, the students often respond in love to their attackers.
“Pray that the Lord would touch him and transform his life to be a blessing for many,” Vincent writes of the man who attacked them.
