Today we have the privilege to pray in faith for some urgent needs that we have just received from Gospel for Asia missionaries on the field.
Prasad’s wife is critically ill, with swelling in her stomach. Doctors give her little chance for survival. Please pray for her, knowing that as we lift her to the Father, He is able to heal her completely!
Victor has been falsely accused of kidnapping a little boy he was witnessing to. The boy ran away from home after an argument with family members, but our missionary is being unfairly accused of his kidnapping. Local authorities continue to interrogate Victor. He would appreciate our prayers for the little boy’s safe return so this issue will be resolved for God’s glory.
In a separate incident, GFA has received media attention through a local TV station. GFA leaders were interviewed in light of anti-Christian groups that are trying to hamper ministry in the area. Thank you for lifting this situation to the Lord for His intervention.
These requests from just a few Gospel workers in one part of India represent struggles that many of GFA’s 14,500 native missionaries are facing as they press on to reach those waiting to hear of God’s hope. Thank you for lifting their needs to the one who “is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think…” (Ephesians 3:20, NKJV).
