“…Parents have the most influence on how respectful their children become. Until children show respect at home, it’s unlikely they will show it anywhere else,” writes one GFA correspondent.
This is why on July 27, the Women’s Fellowship team of a GFA-supported congregation organized a Parents’ Day celebration. The celebration included a time of praise and worship, a Biblical message about remembering parents’ hard work, a special song sung by some Women’s Fellowship members, and exhortations and prayers for the occasion.
Among the audience who enjoyed this event were these mothers and children, along with several GFA-supported leaders and missionaries and some honored guests from another Christian ministry.
