Costs


We are thankful for the generosity of a GFA donor that makes it possible for us to offer discounted rates on registration and lodging for the conference.

Registration: $99/person (12 years and up)*

Hotel accommodations at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas:
  • Register by April 15 May 15 for the Early Bird Special: $85/night plus tax*
  • Discounted Rate (May 16 - June 11): $110/night plus tax
  • After June 11 hotel rooms will be available at market rate.
  • Hotel parking is $12/day.
        * $110 rate will be quoted when you register with hotel;
         $85 subsidized rate will be given at hotel checkout (applies for the nights of July 11 and 12 only) * Discount applied at hotel check out.

Meals: Three meals are included in the registration cost: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and Saturday dinner.

Attire: We suggest wearing "business casual" attire, although jeans are certainly acceptable.

Transportation: A discounted shuttle service will run between the two area airports and the hotel. The Hilton Anatole is less than five miles from Dallas Love Field and about 17 miles from DFW International. Transportation is not included in the registration cost.

Cancellation Policy: A $25 administration fee will be assessed to all cancelations. The remaining balance will be refunded. No refunds will be given after June 30, 2008.
