I followed my parents, who were zealous in observing the rituals and customs of our pagan religion, and ardently worshipped the idol gods and goddesses. Despite my sacrifices, obeisance, and pilgrimages, I lived without peace.

Meanwhile, I suffered from a sickness which discouraged me. My parents took me to the medical doctors, but nothing could give me recovery. One of my friends, a Christian, seeing my struggles, came to encourage me and pray with me. The Almighty heard our prayers and gave me complete deliverance from my ailment. Experiencing a miracle in life, I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

Then, when I suffered from a severe body pain, the same friend came home and prayed for me, and I was healed. Seeing my healing, my parents accepted the Lord into their hearts. Soon I made a public profession of faith.

Ever since, my family has experienced a perfect peace and joy of the Lord. Gradually, I disciplined my life and walk according to the Word. With the passage of time, I learned that the Lord needed me for His service. With a grateful heart I gladly committed my life for full-time ministry. I also enrolled in a Bible college to undergo training in mission.
