Shame's Testimony

Since childhood my parents taught me the principles and doctrines of Christianity, hence I was not a stranger to the stories of Jesus and His marvelous deeds. I also went to church services, Sunday school and actively took part in all the religious activities, but my devotion was not sincere.

I was a Christian in name, having more faith in the gods and goddesses than Jesus. I prayed to them earnestly and even offered sacrifices to appease them. And when I completed my education up to the eighth grade I had no intention of studying further. Soon life became miserable, and I felt a vacuum in my heart.

As days passed I had no peace and joy in me. At that time a servant of God visited my home and shared the Gospel. After explaining to me the need of being saved, she invited me to accept Jesus as my personal Savior. And I promptly did it. I experienced the peace of God that transcends all understanding flow into me. Later I publicly witnessed my new found faith. I received a clear call from the Lord to work in His vineyard. In response I enrolled in a Bible school to be well equipped for the future ministry.

Present Ministry

I work as an evangelist in the unreached villages in India. I conduct open-air meetings, literature distribution, house visitation, church planting and meetings in homes.

Please pray for me that I may fulfill God's plan to expand His kingdom.
