Text from this PhotoShow: When GFA missionary Meshak found Meena, she sat facing the sea, weeping. Over a month had passed, but her pain was still ovewhelming. Haunting memories surrounded her. For Meena, each new day meant another increasingly desperate effort to live. Meshak listened to Meena's story, comforting her with the message of Christ's love. Thousands like Meena still wait in desperate conditions for the aid promised to them. GFA continues distributing food, water, clothing and medicine, along with the love these hurting people crave. GFA missionaries are helping them find a new life in Christ, bringing hope they never knew. In Jesus, tomorrow will be better. post date 02/24/2005 |
