Church Under a Tree

May 2013

Pastor Rad was called to reach out with God's Word to a neighboring village, but when the fellowship grew too large to fit inside the small home of one of the believers, they had to move out under a big tree.

Though it sounds relaxing to have church outside, basking in God's creation, for this body of believers in Asia, it isn't always a good thing. During the rainy seasons, they aren't able to meet because the ground quickly becomes soaked.

A church building in South Asia can be built for as little as $14,000.

It represents more than a convenient place to meet. It is a center for loving fellowship and a launchpad for sharing Christ's love with the community!
