Flight and Travel Arragnements
We offer a shuttle service between Dallas-Fort Worth Airport and our campus for $50 each way. Booking information will be provided in your registration package. The shuttle schedule is outlined below:
- June 2nd: Arrive at the airport between 7:00am-2:00pm; shuttles depart at 11:30am and 3:30pm
- June 8th: Book departing flights between 3:00pm-8:00pm; shuttle departs our campus at 12:00pm
If you prefer not to use the shuttle service, alternative transportation options include:
- Taxi ($150)
- Uber ($100)
- Rental car ($300-$400 for the week)

Housing
Men’s houses and women’s houses are mixed among GFA World staff homes.
Houses include full bathrooms and kitchens.
There will be up to 20 participants per 3- to 4-bedroom house.
Each house is equipped with bunk beds and cots to accommodate guests.
We welcome participants with disabilities and work to provide accommodations whenever possible. Please contact us in advance to arrange support.
For those who prefer to stay off campus.
