I was born June 1, 1990, into a believers’ family in Myanmar. During my childhood, I faithfully attended Sunday school, but I did not understand that Christ loved me personally.
During ninth and tenth grade, my parents sent me to a boarding school. As I was away from their godly influence, I made bad friends and started indulging in worldly pleasures. My life slowly went downhill.
Sadly, after sometime, my father became sick and died. This made me so sad. At this time, a pastor visited our home and encouraged me and my mother from God’s Word. Later, he also held a prayer meeting in our home. The message that he spoke during this meeting was about God’s love. Through this, I realized that even though I had lost my earthly father, God would care for me as His daughter. Knowing this, I confessed my sins and received Jesus as my personal Savior.
As I grew in the Lord, my mother encouraged me to commit my life for ministry. This sparked a desire in me to equip myself to serve the Lord. As I spent time in prayer, God confirmed me of this calling and I enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School.
