GFA is committed to serving the "least of these"—often in places where no one else is serving—so they can experience the love of God for the first time. GFA supports national workers and equips them to serve as God's hands and feet among the millions living in poverty and sorrow.
By linking believers around the globe with national workers on the field, we have a part in meeting vital needs for people in dire circumstances.
Many families in the communities we serve do not have the basic necessities needed for healthy living. We meet these needs by providing things like clean water, mosquito nets, income-generating gifts and vocational training.
We also help children gain a brighter future through our Bridge of Hope Program, providing education, medical care, quality meals and a loving environment for more than 70,000 children.
Through GFA-supported Compassion Services teams, we provide desperately-needed aid for victims of natural disasters, such as floods, cyclones and tsunamis. We partner with national workers who serve in leprosy colonies, organize medical clinics in poor areas, and provide life-saving health care information for mothers. Through these national workers, we also help widows and abandoned children in crisis situations by providing for tangible needs, like food, clothing and shelter.
For more than 35 years, GFA has continued to bring aid and hope to some of the most downtrodden people.
