Gospel for Asia ministers among the most unreached, sharing the love of Jesus with them.
Reaching the most unreached in our generation is the vision God has given to Gospel for Asia. For this to become a reality, we realized years ago that we would need to send out many more pioneer missionaries to start fellowships among all the unreached people groups of the Indian subcontinent and the neighboring countries.
Our goal is to instill in each student the vision to take the Gospel to the unreached; provide on-the-job training through ongoing outreach ministry; give them quality instruction in the Word of God; and prepare them for pioneer work, hardship, persecution and a life of faith through Jesus.
A chance to read the Bible on their own is a gift that every native missionary wants to give the people they minister among. You can provide a missionary and the believers he disciples with a Bible for $3 or eight New Testaments for $4.
The opportunity for a Dalit child to receive an education and the love of Jesus is the best gift imaginable. Your Child Hope Packet will make it possible for an "Untouchable" child to go to school. Your gift helps provide school uniforms, books, tutoring and help with homework, at least one nutritious meal each day and a yearly medical checkup. Children in the program will also hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Many times, entire families are changed through just one child. A $50 Hope Packet can change one child's life for all eternity.
The sounds of praise coming from a new church building are a dream for many congregations in Asia. With many new believers coming to Christ, there is a huge and ever-growing need for buildings to shelter them from the weather and anti-Christian forces. A church in India can be built for as little as $11,000.
Gospel for Asia's Compassion Services is bringing Christ's love to the suffering and needy in very practical ways. GFA-supported missionaries and volunteers assist survivors of natural disasters by providing food, water, medical care, clothing and even shelter. Teams also minister to slum dwellers and leprosy patients in some of Asia's major cities. And all is done with a clear Gospel witness.
On-going Cyclone Relief efforts:
Gospel for Asia Compassion Services teams are already on the ground caring for the victims of a powerful cyclone that ravaged West Bengal, India, and the neighboring country of Bangladesh.
Rebuilding Myanmar could take years. And since our missionaries, churches and Bible college students are indigenous, they will be there for the long haul.

GFA Native missionaries are reaching out to India's 300 million Dalits ("Untouchables") through personal evangelism, radio programs, Gospel literature and much more.
Man of Mercy, an Indian-made film on the life of Jesus, has proven to be one of the most effective tools to communicate the Gospel with Asian people. Already tens of thousands have given their lives to Christ as a result of watching this film. To share this amazing story with others, national missionaries all across the mission field are waiting for an LCD projector kit, which includes the film and all the equipment needed to show it. $1,500 buys one LCD projector kit.
Bringing the love of Jesus to the flood victims. Your gift to GFA will help provide emergency relief and bring flood victims God's hope for a new life through Jesus Christ.
Through GFA Compassion Services, you can provide a simple, strong house for a family for only $5,000—a house that will remind both parents and their children as they grow up that some people called Christians loved them enough to give them shelter ... and that their Jesus loves them as well.
Jesus Wells, located near GFA churches or Bible colleges, provide hundreds of opportunities for missionaries to share the love of Jesus with the villagers who come for clean water. You can provide a Jesus Well for an entire community for $1,000.
The main goal of our leprosy ministry is to share the love of Jesus and the hope of the Gospel with the victims of this disfiguring disease. At the same time, we seek to help them with the many needs and challenges they face in their personal lives, their families and their colonies.
Gospel for Asia’s Medical Ministry teams of trained nurses and doctors visit dozens of villages, and Bridge of Hope Centers, ministering to thousands of people each year, all in the name of the Great Physician—Jesus Christ.
More than 400 million Muslims live in South Asia, and India alone has more than 150 million people practicing Islam—making it one of the countries with the largest Muslim population. Gospel for Asia has a special ministry geared toward reaching these people and teaching them about the Savior—Jesus Christ.
Persecution is a part of life for many GFA missionaries. Beatings, death threats and imprisonment are a few of the things they encounter on a daily basis. But despite great hostility, they continue to press onward as they proclaim the Good News of Christ to the unsaved souls of Asia. They are not willing for any man to perish without hearing the name of Jesus, even if that means that they might physically perish.
You can broadcast the story of Christ throughout India and other nearby countries through GFA Radio. Thousands have given their lives to the Lord through these programs in their own language. People who are exposed to the Gospel through radio tend to be more receptive to native missionaries when they visit. You can provide one 15-minute program for $45 or one hour of programming for $175.
Millions lead desperate lives in the slums of Asia. Our slum ministry is different from other outreaches because we deal with masses of desperate people who have no means whatsoever to better their situation or escape their surroundings. It takes tremendous self-sacrifice and patience on the part of our native missionaries to work among them, win their trust and show them Jesus' love. It also entails meeting urgent and often unique needs.
More than half of the 42,000 children in our Bridge of Hope program are waiting for permanent sponsors. Your gift here to the Unsponsored Children's Fund will help us provide for them.
GFA is praying for special friends to make one-time gifts to our Unsponsored Missionaries Fund. This allows us to provide for the native missionaries while they await sponsors.
Millions of South Asian women are illiterate. More than half the women in Bangladesh cannot read at all. In India alone, there are an estimated 242 million women who are unable to read—that's about half the adult women in the country. Teaching women to read and write opens doors of opportunity and gives them the joy of being able to study God's Word for themselves. These women are eager to learn; they just need a teacher and a few simple materials.
The Scriptures show that the Lord has a special role for women to fulfill in His kingdom. The first person to whom God chose to announce His Son's earthly arrival was a woman. Through Jesus' ministry, He demonstrated His value of women in a male-dominated society—teaching them, touching them and healing them. And when He rose from the dead, women were the first to know.
