I was born on August 6, 1983 into a nominal Christian family in Myanmar. Though I called myself a Christian I never knew Jesus. I hardly ever attended church and did not know what it meant to have a personal relationship with the Lord.
As I grew older, I began to feel a great emptiness deep down in my heart. Due to this I lost my peace of mind. In order to find peace, I began to mingle with bad companions and tried to enjoy my life to the fullest. I began to hate my very existence.
One day as I was frustrated about my life, I attended church. Our church pastor spoke about God’s love and peace. The words that he spoke penetrated deep into my heart and I realized I was wrong. I then confessed my sins and received Jesus as my personal Savior. The Lord filled my heart with His boundless joy.
After my transformation, I gave up all my bad habits. Soon, the Lord burdened my heart to reach the unreached with the Gospel. So, I enrolled in a Gospel for Asia Bible School.
