I was born January 12, 1992, into a non-Christian family in India. My parents used to worship several gods and goddesses. While I was a small child, I was adopted by my uncle who was a Christian.
My uncle and aunty always encouraged me to take part in all the spiritual activities. However, I did not have a personal relationship with Jesus. Whenever I used to visit my parents, they would ask me to worship the idols. I felt it difficult to refuse them, thinking that it would be disobedience toward my parents.
One day, as I was attending a Sunday worship service, God’s servant preached from the Bible that if we did not deny our family and take up the cross, we would not be able to follow Christ wholeheartedly. This made me realize that I was living as a double minded person and needed to make a Christ centered decision for my life. Therefore, I repented from my sins and received Jesus as my personal Savior.
Thereafter, my life began to change. Eventually, I had a great desire to share the Good News to the lost. In due time, I was confirmed of His calling and enrolled in a GFA Bible School to be equipped for the ministry ahead.
