I was born on November 1, 1986 in a non-Christian family in Nepal. My parents asked me to worship idols.
After the birth of my youngest brother, my mother suffered from severe abdominal pain. Financial crisis discouraged my father to provide her a better treatment.
The Christians in our neighborhood came and shared the Gospel with us. When problems began to grip my life, I started to search for the true God. In the meantime, the local pastor shared the same message of Jesus that I had heard earlier, and I was touched.
Meanwhile, my older sister who had become a Christian encouraged me to believe in Jesus. Before long, I started to attend the church. The messages that I heard from the pastor led me to the feet of Jesus. I confessed my sins and welcomed Christ as my Savior.
There grew a passion in my heart to show Christ’s love to those who were living in darkness. When God called me to serve Him, I enrolled in a GFA Bible School.
