2025 Special Report

Dear Friend,

“One generation shall praise Your works to another and shall declare Your mighty acts.”
—Psalm 145:4

From the very beginning, God instructed His people to pass on their faith to their children, so they also would put their trust in Him and proclaim His great deeds.

It’s now been a year since my father (and founder of GFA World, K.P. Yohannan) went to be with the Lord.

Though the official transition to take over the leadership of GFA World was sudden, it was something that had already been in the works for years. You see, my father had passed on to me—and to our churches in Asia and Africa and to our ministry partners—his faith and vision to send national missionaries to millions who have never heard about the Savior. By God’s grace we, the next generation of GFA World, are committed to carrying that same faith and vision into the future.

It’s with great joy that we also witness on our mission fields this transfer of faith and vision from one generation of national missionaries and believers to the next. In this special report you will meet Abel the son of a national missionary couple, and Seana, a young sister who grew up in one of our churches. Both have dedicated their lives to continuing the vision their parents and churches passed on to them: taking the name of Jesus to those who never heard it before.

I am so excited to share this special report with you! It is your prayers and support that have helped enable our national missionaries to see thousands of lives changed and communities transformed through the love of Christ. Thank you for your faithfulness and partnership.

Together let us live for eternity.

BISHOP DANIEL

Meet Abel, a young man whose life was forever changed when his father, a pastor, was imprisoned for his faith. For nine long years, Abel grew up without his father by his side, facing hardship, shame, and uncertainty. But despite the challenges, Abel's mother remained steadfast in her commitment to Christ, and their family's faith only deepened.
