Join a team dedicating their lives to sharing Christ's love.

As GFA national missionaries minister in communities where people have never heard of Christ, GFA World behind-the-scenes missionaries in Wills Point, Texas, serve as a bridge. They use their giftings for the sake of Christ to link national missionaries with Christians in the West who can partner with them in prayer and support.

Through their service—whether it's designing web pages, writing newsletter articles, processing donations, coordinating projects, maintaining office equipment or managing office facilities—GFA's staff equips our national missionaries in Africa and Asia to continue sharing the Good News and offering compassionate help in Jesus' name.

By joining GFA's staff and becoming a behind-the-scenes missionary, you can:

Use your skills to support the ministry of our brothers and sisters in Africa and Asia. On average, each staff member represents 200 national missionaries.
Help impact the nations through times of regular intercession.
Mobilize the Church in the West to be active in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Web Developer

GFA World is looking for a web developer to join our digital team on mission to help share Christ's love with people who have never heard the Good News. Our stack includes Python, Django, HTMX and Docker, but experience with these specific technologies is not required—what matters most is a heart for ministry, a willingness to learn, and the ability to solve problems creatively. You'll work on solutions and applications that directly support the work of national missionaries across Africa and Asia. IT Director

The Information Technology Director at GFA World manages a team of technical staff to coordinate development projects and ensure timely, high-quality technical support for the organization's staff. The IT Director serves as the primary decision-maker for IT purchasing, vendor relationships and contract negotiations, while also owning software development strategy, standards and documentation. This position requires a leader who can align IT priorities with broader ministry objectives, respond effectively to urgent system needs, and invest in the growth and development of team members.

Writer

Our GFA writing team encourages our ministry donors, partners and friends by sharing the stories of what God is doing on the mission field in Africa and Asia. In addition to writing features and reports for GFA's website, newsletter and print publications, writers also draft emails, letters and brochures to thank partners and inform them about opportunities for further involvement. An experienced understanding of grammar, usage, style and research is helpful; however, the most vital qualities are a passion for fulfilling the Great Commission and a willingness to serve in a spirit of teamwork and humility.
