My GFA Story

I serve with GFA World because I love the Lord, and I want to make Him known. My heart's desire is to be faithful and obedient in fulfilling the Great Commission that Jesus gave His disciples. Jesus saved me, so that I can use my life to save others. It is my greatest privilege to be used by God to help preach the Gospel to the poor, heal the brokenhearted, and set the captives at liberty. It is also an honor to co-labor alongside hardworking national missionaries to bring hope to those who have yet to hear Jesus' name and build God's kingdom on earth.

What I do

At GFA, I serve as a writer in the Communications Department. I write stories using the reports we receive from the field. I encourage our donors by sharing testimonies of how their financial and spiritual investments in GFA are transforming lives and communities overseas. I also get to challenge the Western church to get involved in the Great Commission and spread the news about how the Spirit of God is moving mightily in Africa and Asia.

About Partnering with Behind-the-Scenes Missionaries

You can help provide for a member of the Mission Support Team for as little as $50 per month. For each monthly pledge to GFA World’s Behind-the-Scenes Missionary Fund, you will receive a packet that includes the photo and personal information of a behind-the-scenes missionary you can pray for and contact. (To pledge more than $50 monthly, please call us at 1-800-946-2742.)

Whatever role the team member plays in their administrative office—from contacting ministry supporters to processing donations or designing web pages—each one fills a crucial need within the ministry and enables more than 100 national missionaries to minster in Asia.
